On-site Technical Training to Support Efficient Customer Operations and Maintenance


On April 23, our company’s technical service personnel traveled specifically to the customer’s site to conduct specialized training on generators.
 
The training covered fundamental generator theory, operating procedures, key points for daily maintenance, identification of common faults, and simple troubleshooting methods. Technical personnel leveraged the actual operating conditions of the equipment to explain core concepts in a clear and accessible manner, provided detailed demonstrations of standardized operating procedures, promptly addressed various questions encountered by on-site personnel during routine use, and offered targeted guidance to correct non-compliant operational practices.
 
This face-to-face training, which combines hands-on practice with theoretical instruction, has effectively enhanced the operational proficiency and self-maintenance capabilities of the customer’s personnel, thereby reducing the risk of equipment failures and ensuring the long-term stable operation of the generator.
