What are the installation regulations for generators?

Preparation before unit startup:
1. Check the lubricating oil level, coolant level, and fuel quantity;
2. Check the oil supply, lubrication, cooling and other systems of the diesel engine for any oil or water leaks in the pipelines and joints;
3. Check the electrical circuits for potential leakage hazards such as skin damage, loose grounding wires, and firm connections between the unit and the foundation;
4. If the ambient temperature is lower than zero, a certain proportion of Antifreeze must be added to the radiator;
5. When the diesel generator set is started for the first time or restarted after a long shutdown, the air in the fuel system shall be exhausted by hand pump first.
Start:
1. After closing the fuse inside the control box, press the start button for 3-5 seconds. If the start is unsuccessful, wait for about 20 seconds to start again. If multiple starts are unsuccessful, the start operation should be stopped and fault factors such as battery voltage or oil circuit should be eliminated before restarting;
2. When starting, the oil pressure should be observed. If the oil pressure is not displayed or very low, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Run:
1. After the unit starts, check the parameters of the control box module; Oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, frequency, etc;
2. Normally, after the unit is started, the speed directly reaches the rated speed; For units with idle requirements, the idle time is generally 3-5 minutes, and the idle time should not be too long, otherwise it may burn out relevant components of the generator;
3. Check the leakage of the oil, water, and electrical circuits of the unit;
4. Check the tightness of each connection of the unit to see if there is looseness or severe vibration;
5. Observe whether various protection and monitoring devices of the unit are normal;
6. When the speed reaches the rated speed and all parameters for starting and no-load operation are stable, close the power supply;
7. Check and confirm whether the parameters of the control screen are within the allowable range, and recheck the vibration of the unit for any three leaks or other faults;
8. Overloading is strictly prohibited during unit operation.
Normal shutdown:
Before stopping the machine, it must be opened first. Generally, after unloading, it needs to run for 3-5 minutes to stop the machine.
Emergency stop:
1. In case of abnormal operation of the generator set, it must be immediately shut down;
2. During an emergency stop, press the emergency stop button or quickly push the fuel injection pump stop control handle to the stop position.
Maintenance items:
1. The replacement time of the diesel engine filter element is 300H; The replacement time of the air filter is every 400h; The first replacement time of the oil filter element is 50H, and it will be 250H in the future.
The first oil change time is 50H, and the normal oil change time in the future is every 250H.
